This is to certify that ….. has been licensed to lie from ….. day of  ….. 19.. to  ….. day of  ….. 19.. he being a duly qualified liar, having passed a most rigid examination by the Ancient, Reckless and Independent Order of Deceivers or Liars Union, and after having successfully passed the required examination, we do hereby grant him this license.
