Can you get local articles like this at your local library?

Asked by posevr

It depends where you live, but most do! Also, from what I’ve noticed a lot of the time university libraries keep newspaper archives, and a lot of them offer them online for free. Toronto public library has the Toronto Star archives, San Francisco public library has numerous Californian papers etc but quite frequently you need a local library card or account to access them unfortunately.
